OUR STORY
When I was a kid I loved picking up rocks, epically in creeks. In my late teens and early 20's I began taking an interest in gemstones so I started learning and of course buying.
Pawn shops and gems shows were a place I liked visiting. I'd look for old, gaudy looking jewelry that had nice gem stones, so I had leverage in my haggling. During my younger years it was common for me to have the sellers, remove the stones from their settings, keep the metals so I could get the stones I wanted, at the price I wanted.
Most deals I made were made on mostly, topaz, tanzanite, aquamarine, tourmaline, peridot, citrine and garnet.
As I got older I realized that Virginia had a huge gold rush in our past so I started panning for gold and later got into highbanking. Over the years, I had accumulated quartz, pyrite, silver, and gold but I was still not satisfied, so I started collecting minerals from around the world, just one country at a time. Through lots of time, money and research, I've assembled a team of many wonderful experts and dealers from around the world to secure top-quality items at reasonable prices. My focus is to provide top-quality in the raw and finsihed forms.
